What began as an inquiry to develop a new identity for the Northwest’s leading Herman Miller dealership became a deep dive in rebranding and redefining a company.

It became apparent that a veneer of ‘new’ wouldn’t be enough to allow a decades-old furniture purveyor to compete the 21st century. Investigation into goals and competitive landscape framed the need for reinvention.

Starting with Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values, TMarks helped define Catalyst Workplace Activation as an entity that and creates the most powerful platform for optimal performance and innovation.

With the foundations of the brand established, we designed the visual identity, all necessary business materials, the website, announcements and built the templates for social media.

Having envisioned the company as an innovator, we remained true to that idea and we built not a showroom, but a workplace lab that focused on ideas, thought leaders that shine a light on the workplace of the future. 

Walking alongside the client, we built & executed the marketing plan, made adjustments as necessary. The long and short of it is that sales increased from $63mm to $77mm in the first year.
